Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:
Clothes, Shoes & Accessories.
These items must be unused, in good condition, and returned within 7 days with the tags still on.
What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

Damaged item upon delivery
Incorrect size
Proof Required
Before approving a return or exchange, we ask that customers send a photo or video of the item to verify its condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds. However, you may request an exchange for a different size or color, depending on availability.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer product exchanges under the approved conditions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
